Once an order has been placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. All prices are shown in GBP (£), with any applicable delivery charges displayed at checkout.

Some of our products are available for preorder.
Estimated dispatch or collection dates will be listed on the product page. We'll get in touch if there are any significant delays.
SHIPPING & COLLECTION
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before payment.
Some products are available for collection at specific events. Collection details will be included in the product description or order confirmation.
If you're unable to collect your order, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you're happy with your order, but if something isn't right, please get in touch.
For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return it.
Items should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. You may be responsible for return postage where we've informed you of this before purchase.
We'll issue refunds in accordance with your statutory rights, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they've been sent back.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can put things right.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
